Homes Association Owning a home in Balboa Terrace automatically makes you a member of the Association. The Association meets annually each spring, and the board meets monthly; you're welcome to attend any of these monthly board meetings if you have a special issue to discuss. E-mail the board if you want the location of the next meeting. You can also check out past meeting minutes for a sampling of what happens at board meetings. The Balboa Terrace Homes Association meets on the first Monday evening of each month at 7:30 p.m. from September to June, taking a summer break for the months of July and August. Board of Directors |
