Board Meetings
The BTHA board meets the first Monday of the month at 7:30 p.m. If you have something in particular you'd like to discuss with the board, or if you're just interested, you're welcome to attend. E-mail the board to find the location of the next meeting.

Annual Meetings
We meet once per year to elect new board members and discuss important homeowner's issues. Our district supervisor and the board are on hand to answer questions. All homeowners are free to attend and vote on important issues such as common area repairs, alley improvements, etc. The meeting is usually held in March at the Ninth Church of Christ Scientist at the corner of Darien Way and Junipero Serra.

Neighborhood Picnic
Each summer/early fall, our neighborhood comes together for a giant picnic block party on San Leandro between Monterey and Darien. Past picnic highlights have included entertainment by the Velocity Circus provided by Balboa Terrace's own neighbor and circus-owner Gregangelo; visits from a San Francisco Fire Department ladder truck, face painting, games, and amazing picnic fare provided by attending neighbors.

This year's picnic will be Sunday, October 18th, from 11am-3pm
