Updated CC&Rs/Bylaws

A vote on the updated Balboa Terrace Homes Association Governing Documents will be scheduled later this year. To ensure members have an opportunity to gain a clear understanding of these updates, the Board is coordinating a number of informational house meetings for neighbors to learn more and get their questions answered.
