2027 Board Election: Run for the Board

The annual meeting and Board election is Thursday, March 11, 2027. NLB Consulting is our independent Inspector of Elections.

To run, submit a self-nomination by noon on Monday, December 28, 2026, in either of these ways:

• Online: NLB self-nomination form. Enter "Balboa Terrace Homes Association" as the HOA name.

• Paper/Email: Download the self-nomination form (PDF), then email it to cassidy@nlbconsultingfirm.com, fax it to 760-437-9055, or mail it to 3501 E. Ramon Road, Palm Springs, CA 92264.

You may include a candidate statement of up to 150 words, which will be included in the ballot mailing and electronic voting site. Eligibility requirements are detailed in the Election Rules.

Key Dates

Sept. 28, 2026: Election notice and self-nomination form sent to all members
Nov. 2, 2026: Electronic voting notice sent
Dec. 11, 2026: Deadline to opt in or out of electronic voting
Dec. 28, 2026: Self-nomination deadline (noon)
Mar. 11, 2027: Annual meeting and Board election
